The manor Kemnitz is located in the midst of the vast Brandenburg Havel landscape, surrounded by lakes, meadows and forests. Small shops on the historic Werderaner island as well as the large shopping center of Werder for shopping. The motorway and the train station are only a few minutes away from the manor. Potsdam or Berlin can be reached by car in about 20 or 40 minutes.
